Taramosalata
A thick, creamy, sharp flavoured Greek style caviar dip (pink in colour) made from cured cod roe lightened up with soaked bread, extra virgin olive oil, onion, and a hint of freshly squeezed lemon.
Houmous
A healthy dip made from cooked mashed chick peas blended with tahini (hulled sesame seeds), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning, and garlic.
Tzatziki
A perfect compliment to grilled meat tzatziki is a refreshing, cool, and creamy tangy strained Greek yogurt dip mixed with finely chopped cucumber, freshly squeezed lemon juice, mint and garlic.
Greek Village Koulouri Bread or Warm Pitta Bread
Koulouri Bread - Freshly made mouth melting soft white bread with a beautiful golden brown rustic appearance crusted with flavourful sesame seeds.
Pitta Bread - A slightly leavened wheat bread, flat, and oval which may be opened to form a pocket.
Vine ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives sprinkled with herbs and extra virgin olive oil dressing
